What was your inspiration behind “Carnival in the Sky”?
The inspiration behind this song is the volition to make an ambient song that is dreamy. There's an innocence to this song in particular and sense of escapism.
How long have you been working on this project?
To be 100% honest, I'm not sure how long it took me to complete this song. I'm always working on at least 10 songs at any given moment, but the process was easy since it's just an ambient instrumental track that didn't need vocals.
How has Covid-19 affected this project?
Thankfully, COVID-19 didn't impact the production or release of this song.
Who did you work with on this project?
I did the bulk of the instrumentals for this project, but one of my good friends played bass on the track.
What would you like your listeners to get out of “Carnival in the Sky”?
The beauty of music is that it allows the listener to connect with the artist. I hope that my fans can find an escape in their heads to the song and feel whatever they want.
What else can we expect from you in 2021?
I have a lot of songs planned for this year that will be announced very shortly!
Is there anything else you would like to share with your fans, listeners and our readers regarding “Carnival in the Sky”?
I want my listeners to be open to ambient music and all other genres. My past four releases have been all different genres so I hope people can be open to the diversity of sounds.
